If true mark cache will be prewarmed by saving marks to mark cache on inserts, merges, fetches and on startup of server

prewarm_primary_key_cache

If true primary index cache will be prewarmed by saving marks to mark cache on inserts, merges, fetches and on startup of server

prewarm_statistics_cache

If true the statistics cache will be prewarmed by loading the column statistics of data parts on inserts, merges, fetches and on startup of server. Without it the statistics of a part are loaded into the cache by the first query that needs them.
